Court Tosses FCC 'Wardrobe Malfunction' Fine: "A federal appeals court throws out the $550,000 fine levied by the FCC against CBS for that 2004 'Wardrobe Malfunction' by Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake. The court says in effect that the FCC's decision was entirely arbitrary, and found that it deviated from a 30-year policy concerning the definition of indecency.
