The Roseburg Valley Mall is going to see some good chages in the near future.: "New owners have taken over the Roseburg Valley Mall. A group of investors from Alaska have begun making some new plans for the mall."

They are also looking at finding a restaurant to take over the old Beef and Brew building. The mall is going to get a newer and brighter face as well.
