'There are thousands of coho in the lower Umpqua system moving up the river as we speak,''fishing guide Todd Linklater of Eugene said. 'I totally disagree with Fish and Wildlife's decision that there weren't enough fish' to allow a resumption of a limited harvest on the Umpqua."
